Eighteen 91社区 students took part in聽the International Summer University,聽a collaboration between the 91社区 and other partner universities, hosted annually by the University of Applied Sciences of Osnabr眉ck, Germany - Hochschule Osnabr眉ck.聽Nearly 70 students from around the world took part in the study abroad program, which was in session聽from July 12聽- August 5, 2018.
Dr. Daria Sevastianova,聽associate professor of economics, accompanied the聽group and taught a course on Economics of Globalization.聽Assisting with the program were Elle Floyd '18 and senior economics major聽Keegan Roembke.
Students also had the chance to travel to Berlin, Amsterdam, and Paris,聽visit several German聽companies, and to participate in many social and cultural events while in Germany.
2018 marks the seventh year for the program. To date, more than聽100 91社区 students聽have聽had the opportunity to聽attend the University of Applied Sciences of Osnabr眉ck, Germany - Hochschule Osnabr眉ck since聽its inception.
