Motivational Interviewing
Many of you have asked for help with motivational interviewing (MI). We have created this offering as a direct result of the number of requests we receive from healthcare providers requesting assistance concerning the self-described motivational interviewing practice gap.听

It is a versatile and valuable tool for healthcare providers in a variety of settings, including primary care, mental health, addiction treatment, and chronic disease management.
As a healthcare provider, learning about motivational interviewing can be highly valuable for the following reasons:听
- Enhancing patient engagement
- Improving patient adherence
- Addressing ambivalence and barriers
- Empowering patients
- Tailoring care to individual needs
