This year's conference will feature robust speakers and dynamic round-table discussions to address critical challenges related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the academy, workplace, and community at large. Building on the theme: The Power of Community: Reimagine, Reconnect, and Recharge, Roseyn Hood, Chief Diversity Officer of EVSC, will deliver the conference keynote to address our role as a community.
聽The purpose of this conference聽is to provide a space where聽individuals聽assess, develop, and enhance聽their current knowledge/practices聽in order聽to聽transform current practices and/or policies at聽their聽respective campuses.聽聽
Conference Objectives:聽聽
- Provide a professional forum to discuss and apply the most recent knowledge pertaining to national, international, and local research and development.
- Assess the impact of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, services, and programs聽on learning outcomes, student engagement, and organizational聽climate.聽聽
- Develop innovative solutions to carry out diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in organizations.
