Maintaining Morale During Organizational Change focuses the message to managers about how to minimize the emotional reactions associated with change.听 The most common emotion associated with change is fear; and while we can't prevent someone from being fearful of change, we can help manage the change process in a way that听builds trust and minimizes frustration/fear associated with change.

听In this training, the participants will learn:

  • Steps to take to cultivate trust when it comes to organizational change
  • Strategies to minimizing the resistance factors associated with change (e.g., loss of control or excessive uncertainty)
  • How to effectively prepare when having to communicate bad news to a group听

Program is some lecture, group discussions, in-class exercises and normally 2 hours in length.听 We can customize this program to best fit the needs of your team.
