I really appreciated the steps taken to involve everyone in the class.听 We all learned a lot from each other and about each other鈥檚 current work.听 Using real world application of the principles made them more memorable and thus will help for the exam. This 35-hour course helps to prepare you for the PMP庐 exam, intended for individuals working toward PMP Certification.听 Participants will receive an easy-to-read text, workbook, optional online quizzes, tests, and a mock exam.听 Participant progress will be monitored, and the instructors will provide feedback. 听Upon course completion, participants will have learned the following:
- Project management concepts, framework, and skills
- Project integration, scope, schedule, and cost management
- Quality, resource, and communications management
- Risk, procurement, and stakeholder management
