Alternating Current, Kosovo, Letting Go, We Two Girls, Cherry, Synchronicity, Untitled, Martha鈥檚 Dream, Incinerate听&听Zeon鈥Debra Clem听is a professor of fine arts at Indiana University Southeast, located in New Albany, Indiana. She has shown her paintings in more than sixty group, invitational, and solo exhibitions. Clem is the recipient of an Al Smith Fellowship, the highest individual award given to artists from the state of Kentucky, and has also been awarded fellowships to the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts and the Vermont Studio Center.
Poetry
鈥HDTV鈥浓赌Michael Waters听has written ten books of poetry, including听Gospel Night听(2011);听Darling Vulgarity, a finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Prize (2006); 补苍诲听Parthenopi: New and Selected Poems, finalist for the Paterson Poetry Prize (2001). His poems have appeared in various journals, including听The Yale Review,听The Paris Review,听The Kenyon Review,听Poetry,听The Georgia Review and听Rolling Stone. Among his awards are fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Fulbright Foundation and fellowship residencies at Yaddo, MacDowell, and The Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, The Tyrone Guthrie Center (Ireland), Le Chateau de Lavigny (Switzerland), and The St. James Centre for Creativity (Malta). He is professor of English at Monmouth University and also teaches in the Drew University MFA Program in Poetry and Poetry in Translation. Waters lives with his wife, poet Mihaela Moscaliuc, in Ocean, New Jersey.
鈥淎musement Part after Rain鈥浓赌John Hart听was born and raised in Kansas City, Kansas. He currently resides in Winter Park, Florida.
鈥淏lessed One,鈥 鈥淯pon Seeing Silent Footage of Eva Braun,鈥 & 鈥淓ighteen鈥浓赌Michael Meyerhofer鈥檚听third book,听Damnatio Memoriae, won the Brick Road Poetry Book Contest. His previous books are听Leaving Iowa听(winner of the Liam Rector First Book Award) 补苍诲听Blue Collar Eulogies听(Steel Toe Books, finalist for the Grub Street Book Prize). His work has appeared in听Ploughshares,听North American Review,听Arts & Letters听and other journals. He currently teaches creative writing at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. In his spare time Meyerhofer dabbles in fantasy. His first novel,听Wytchfire, is forthcoming.
鈥淵our Mother鈥檚 Place鈥浓赌Cindy E. King听currently lives in Lancaster, Texas, where she is an assistant professor of English at the University of North Texas Dallas. She holds an MA from the University of Southern Mississippi and a PhD from Florida State University. Her most recent publications include poems in听Callaloo, North American Review,听American Literary Review,听颁颈尘补谤谤辞苍听搁别惫颈别飞, 补苍诲听Barrow Street. King鈥檚 work has also been featured on听American Weekend, a National Public Radio production.
鈥淥ut of the Flock鈥浓赌Catherine Anderson听is the author of听In the Mother Tongue (Alice James Books) 补苍诲听The Work of Hands听(Perugia Press). In 2010, she won the Richard Peterson Prize for Poetry sponsored by the听Crab Orchard Review. She lives and works in Kansas City, Missouri.
鈥淟ife Sentence鈥浓赌Michael Schmeltzer听earned an MFA from the Rainier Writing Workshop. His honors include the听Gulf Stream听Award for Poetry,听Blue Earth Review鈥檚听Flash Fiction Prize, and the Artsmith Literary Award. He helps edit听A River & Sound Review听and has been published in听Water~Stone Review,听Natural Bridge, and numerous other journals.
鈥淐alling Out Larry鈥浓赌Jim Daniels'听recent books include听Having a Little Talk with Capital P Poetry, Carnegie Mellon University Press, 补苍诲听From Milltown to Malltown with Jane McCafferty and photographer Charlee Brodsky, Marick Press. Forthcomin books include听Trigger Man, short fiction, Michigan State University Press, 补苍诲听Birth Marks, BOA Editions. He wrote and produced the independent film听Mr. Pleasant听in 2010.
鈥淥rder of the Day鈥浓赌Nathan E. White听is a writer and musician living in the Los Angeles area. He received his MFA in creative writing from New York University in 2004. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in a number of magazines, including听Lake Effect,听Tulane Review,听Bellingham Review,听South Dakota Review, 补苍诲听Redactions: Poetry & Poetics.
鈥淏eneath the Bleacher鈥檚 Din鈥浓赌Tony Tracy听is the author of two poetry collections:听The Christening听补苍诲听Without Notice. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in听Poet Lore,听North American Review,听Rattle,听The Briar Cliff Review, Poetry East听and many other magazines and journals. He lives in Urbandale, Iowa, with his two dogs, two sons and one wife.

鈥Animal Heart鈥 & 鈥Actual Animals鈥浓赌Rebecca Hazelton听attended The University of Notre Dame for her MFA in poetry and completed her PhD at Florida State University. She was awarded a fellowship year as the Jay C. and Ruth Hall Poetry Fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Creative Writing Institute, and also received a fellowship from Vermont Studio Center. Her poetry has appeared in The Gettysburg Review,听Salt Hill,听Puerto del Sol,听American Book Review, and Pleiades, and D.A. Powell chose 鈥淏ook of Janus鈥 for inclusion in听Best New Poets 2011. Hazelton teaches creative writing at Beloit College.
鈥淓苍诲耻谤补苍肠别鈥 & 鈥淏elief鈥浓赌Richard Jackson听is the author of ten books of poems, most recently听Resonance听(Ashland, 2010),听Half Lives: Petrarchan Poems (Autumn House, 2004), 补苍诲听Unauthorized Autobiography: New and Selected Poems听(Ashland Poetry Press, 2003). His own poems have been translated into a dozen languages, and he has edited two anthologies of Slovene poetry:听The Fire Under the Moon听补苍诲听Double Vision: Four Slovenian Poets. Jackson is also the author of a book of criticism,听Dismantling Time in Contemporary American Poetry (Agee Prize), 补苍诲听Acts of Mind: Interviews With Contemporary American Poets听(Choice Award). His several dozen essays and reviews have appeared in听Georgia Review,听Verse,听Contemporary Literature,听Boundary 2,听Kenyon Review,听Prairie Schooner,听and numerous other journals, as well as anthologies such as听The Planet on the Table: Writers Reading听(2003) 补苍诲听John Ashbery听(ed. Harold Bloom, 2004). In 2000 he was awarded the Order of Freedom Medal for literary and humanitarian work in the Balkans by the President of Slovenia and has received Guggenheim, NEA, NEH, two Witter-Bynner and Fulbright Fellowships, and five Pushcart Prizes.

鈥淣othing More Paleolithic: An Interview with Michael Meyhofer鈥浓赌Anthony Rintala听is a poet and composition instructor at the 91社区. He received his MFA from Louisiana State University and has served as the poetry editor of LSU鈥檚听New Delta Review听and has been on the editorial staff of other journals, including听Callaloo. Rintala is also a former music critic whose work was published in a now defunct, semi-reputable website. His poetry can next be seen in听A Few Lines Magazine.听
Fiction
鈥淭he Last Ice Age鈥浓赌Sara Lynn Pevar听is a Philadelphia native and a recent graduate of the University of Montana鈥檚 MFA program in fiction. In the past, she has served twice as a representative to the AWP Intro Journals Project and won the Merriam-Frontier Award for Fiction. 鈥淭he Last Ice Age鈥 is her first published story.
鈥淥ther Than Us鈥浓赌听work has appeared or is forthcoming in听The Literarian,听The Carolina Quarterly,听Hobart, and other journals. He lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is currently in the MFA program at North Carolina State University.
听鈥淭he Gar of Muck Bay鈥浓赌Eric Neuenfeldt鈥檚听collection of stories,听Fall Ends Tomorrow, won the 2010 Iron Horse Literary Review Single Author Competition, judged by Mark Richard. He currently serves as associate editor for听Cimarron Review听and contributing editor for听Arroyo Literary Review.
听鈥淟ost鈥浓赌Kevin Corbin听studied education before moving on to a career in law enforcement. His short stories have been finalists in several competitions, including the recent fiction open contest for Glimmer Train. Corbin resides in Evansville, Indiana, with his wife and two daughters.

鈥淟unch at Woolworths鈥浓赌Kirby Wright听was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. He received his MFA in creative writing from San Francisco State University and is a past recipient o the Ann Fields Poetry Prize, the Academy of American Poets Award, the Browning Society Award for Dramatic Monologue, and Arts Council SiliconValley Fellowships in Poetry and The Novel.听Before the City, his first book of poetry, took first place at the 2003 San Diego Book Awards. Wright is also the author of the companion novels听Punahou Blues听补苍诲听Moloka鈥檌 Nui Ahina, both set in Hawaii. He was a visiting fellow at the 2009 International Writers Conference in Hong Kong, where he represented the Pacific Rim region of Hawaii and lectured with poet Gary Snyder. He was also a visiting writer at the 2010 Martha鈥檚 Vineyard Writers Residency in Edgartown, Massachusetts.
听鈥淧eople Called Me Strange鈥浓赌Natalie Sears听received a BA in religion from Barnard College and an MS in library and information science from Pratt Institute. Her writing has appeared in the听Columbia Review,听Indiana Review, and The Missouri Review. Sears works as a librarian and bookseller in her native Cleveland, Ohio.
