Incognito or In Private Browsing
1. Open Chrome
2. On the top right-hand side of the window, click the button with 3 vertical dots. A drop down menu will appear
3. Click 鈥淣ew Incognito Window鈥� (3rd聽from top)
4. In the new browser window, you can open your WEB based mail to read your email
1. Open Safari
2. Click File
3. Click "New Private Window" (2nd from the top)
4. In the new browser window, you can open your WEB based mail to read your email
1. Open Firefox
2. Top Left hand-side, Click 鈥淔ile鈥�
(If you don鈥檛 see 鈥淔ile,鈥� press Alt to make the menu bar appear. Then click 鈥淔ile鈥�)
3. Click 鈥淣ew Private Window鈥� (3rd聽from top)
4. In the new browser window you can open your WEB based mail to read your email
1. Open Microsoft Edge
2. On the top right-hand side of the window, click the button with 3 horizontal dots. A drop down menu will appear
3. Click 鈥淣ew InPrivate Window鈥� (3rd聽from top)
4. In the new browser window, you can open your WEB based mail to read your email
If you try the suggestion of fix of 鈥渋n-private browsing鈥� and that does not seem to fix the problem, we have one more step for you to try: clear your browser history. Then use In-Private Browsing.
