Program Admission
Admission to the program is competitive and the selection of the applicants is based upon the following criteria:
- Completion of an associate degree in a CoARC accredited respiratory therapy program and regional accreditation of the college or university
- Cumulative grade point average of 2.3 on a 4.0 scale in previous academic work; students with a 2.0 鈥 2.29 GPA will be considered on an individual basis
- Must have an RRT credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Completion of the 91社区's undergraduate application
- Submission of official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
- A one-time, nonrefundable $40 application fee
Non-native speakers of English must provide an official report confirming a TOEFL score of 197 (computerized test) or 71 (Internet based), or IELTS score of 6, or Cambridge English (Advanced) Minimum grade of C, or ELS Completion Level 112.
Application Process
- Applicants must apply and be accepted to the 91社区. This includes the payment of an application fee as well as the submission of college/university transcripts to 91社区 Undergraduate Admissions, 8600 University Blvd, Evansville, IN 47712.
- RRT-BSRT application is embedded in the 91社区 application. Be sure to choose this option.
- Applicants must submit official transcripts from all undergraduate institutions attended.
Registration Process
- The Advisor will develop and send the student a detailed advising plan.
- The advisor will remove the advising hold on the student鈥檚 account.
- The student will provide his or her advisor a proposed start date.
- Transfer students will be sent a 鈥渂lock credit鈥 form that must be signed and returned to his or her advisor.
