Beginning on May 7, 2025 -- U.S. travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights
Starting in the first half of 2025 -- The rules of travel to Europe will change, and those traveling to Europe may need travel authorization to enter most European countries. Visit the official website for more information.
Important Notes:
1. Basic economy is not available for purchase through Egencia.
2. Basic economy is cheaper because it is non-refundable and non-changeable, regardless of the reason for being unable to fly. For these reasons, it is highly recommended that you NOT purchase Basic Economy.

Important Tips:
1. Avoid non-refundable lodging rates.
2. If check-in will be after 10 p.m. local hotel time, then contact the hotel to notify them so you won鈥檛 be identified as a 鈥渘o-show.鈥�
3. Remember that cancellation times refer to the local hotel time and not Evansville time.
